Miley Cyrus is only 2 inches of hair away from having a Britney-sized meltdown. And, that necklace? Looks painful.
The only thing that could take my mind off Miley’s hatchet haircut is that Chuck Bass will be back in my living room on Monday, October 8. Just one more reason to get excited for fall! That, and I’m pulling out some pointy-toed pumps from a few years ago. I think it’s time they hit the streets again.
