face painting with on the spot body art

I was recently at a birthday party for a 13 year old where a face-painting artist was hired to paint designs on the guests as part of the birthday celebration. Michelle Pulsifer, the artist, also had feathers and other hair bling that she can attach in your hair. The feathers are really cool because they are thin and blend in, but are still noticeable. I’ve seen them at shops downtown where they cost about $20, so it was a really generous surprise. It was great for all the guests, moms and kids alike, who wanted face paint, a feather or a temporary henna tattoo. I, being a pretend rebel, got a henna tattoo. I would love to get a real tattoo, but I’m afraid of needles, a phobia that has saved me loads of cash every time I think of getting botox. I’m still a plastic surgery virgin, but I can’t say how long I will last.

If you are interested in having Michelle with On The Spot Body Art come to your next party or event click here to go to her site or call her at 512-810-8410. Her work is amazing and it’s a fun and different surprise for your birthday kid and your guests. If you are sporting a baby bump, she can turn it into a work of art. I kept my pregnant belly hidden, but that was back in the 90s when people wore maternity clothes. Now you either just get a size bigger, or if your Posh Spice, you go up to a 4.

Michelle will be doing her magic at Halloween Express (183 and Anderson Mill) this weekend, Oct. 29th-31st. If you are interested in getting a creation painted on your face, or your kids’ for Halloween you can see her there. Happy Halloween, Witches!
