How old is old? I used to think that old started at 30. Now, I think that anyone under 30 is a baby, you don’t even know anything about life until you’ve hit 30. While we still have an obsession with youth, it’s starting to be ok to be our age. I can’t think of a better time to be 40, 50 or…even 60 on up. I’ve always thought I’d rather have a great body at 40, than a bad body at 20, but that could be because I’m lazy and hate to exercise. Now more than ever, I’m confident that if you take care of yourself, emotionally, physically (yeah, I know, exercise) and cosmetically, you can look hot at any age. So, if you’re thinking that you are too old to do/wear/go wherever you want, think again.

Now at 66, Helen Mirren has been named the Best Body of the Year. If this doesn’t motivate you, I don’t know what will. So, while girls in their 20s are working on downing beers, you just keep working on your downward dog, then you can laugh all the way to the lake, rockin’ your bikini.

I love that! 57 and just peaking! Actually, I am rethinking my non-existent exercise program. Thanks for reminding me that it is never too late to get off my butt!
